We opened our doors in February 2023 with a simple mission — to bring the highest-quality fish and the most generous portions to as many people as possible, all at an exceptional value.
While most maki rolls are packed with rice and just a touch of fish, we’ve flipped that standard. Each of our rolls is crafted with a perfect 50/50 balance of rice and fish for the ideal bite every time.
Our menu is designed to welcome everyone — from first-time sushi eaters to seasoned connoisseurs. We even make our soy sauce in-house, adding a touch of sweetness to complement its umami depth. And since we serve our sushi temaki-style, you can skip the chopsticks and enjoy it the traditional way — by hand.
We proudly fly in our uni overnight from Hokkaido, source the finest cuts of A5 Wagyu directly from Japan, and ensure that all our fish are fresh and locally sourced. For those who prefer cooked options, we offer shrimp tempura, fire-roasted eel, and miso black cod.
Every roll is served one at a time, ensuring the seaweed stays perfectly crisp so every bite ends with that satisfying crunch. Behind each dish is a team of chefs dedicated to precision, creativity, and the belief that sushi should be as beautiful as it is delicious.
